VSS is here to provide urgent specialist assessment for your pet and will accommodate you as soon as possible. Please speak to your local family vet for a referral.

If your family vet feels that your pet needs urgent assessment, we will always do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. Your pet will be triaged on arrival and then treated by the clinical team as soon as possible.

At VSS, we are very fortunate to be partnered with the Animal Emergency Service (AES) who specialise in the field of Emergency and Critical Care. This partnership means that your pet will receive immediate, first class care no matter the time of the day or night.

We have partnered with AES to build three hospitals in South East Queensland, all of which are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
