Dr Philip Moses Conducts Online Koala Conservation Lecture
On Monday, April 6 Dr. Philip Moses of VSS conducted a live lecture on Zoom about koala conservation for Purdue University. The lecture covered the main threats koalas face and rehabilitation practices. Dr. Moses also covered a couple of cases, including two koalas saved by VSS and released back into their original habitats.
Dr. Moses cofounded Veterinary Specialist Services in 2000 as a referral service for veterinary practices around Australia. He is renowned for pioneering many surgical techniques used to treat koalas and kangaroos. To learn more about Dr. Philip Moses, please click here.
