Dr Daren Roa is a highly experienced surgical specialist at our VSS Cararra branch. Here he gives an excellent short presentation on avoiding client dissatisfaction due to miscommunication.

This is a three-part series and describes three different clinical situations. The first two scenarios were around avoiding client dissatisfaction when you perform a cystotomy or a negative exploratory celiotomy.

This week he discusses how the use of basic oncological principles to avoid dissatisfaction and client complaints when it comes to lump removals.
